PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION: JULY 2023
Electrolux Group has announced a voluntary recall of certain Frigidaire gas laundry centers. Because of our commitment to product safety and to you, we are providing free in-home inspection, service and repair for affected models. Please read this notice carefully and enter your model and serial numbers below to determine if your gas laundry center is affected.
Recall Reason
The reason for the recall is an issue with the laundry center’s felt seal on the dryer drum which can be folded inward and can lead to an accumulation of lint, creating a fire hazard. Consumers with the affected product should contact the company to schedule free in-home service and repair to address the recall.

Locate your laundry center’s model and serial numbers. These can be found on a label inside the dryer door.

The safety of our consumers is a very serious and important matter and we do not take this lightly. Electrolux Group conducted this recall voluntarily in partnership with the CPSC to quickly announce the remedy to protect consumers.
